I am reviewing a copy of Don’t Miss the Moment through Thomas Nelson and Netgalley:

Sheryl Brady, who is both a Pastor and a Popular Bible Teacher  helps Christians prepare for, recognize, and cultivate the powerful yet easily overlooked moments when God shows up in their lives.

We all experience God moments, times when God gives us a glimpse of his presence in our lives.  Most believe that these moments are rare and that they reveal themselves in grand fashion. We are expecting ringing bells ,flashing lights, and neon signs that point to earthshaking revelations, but that is not the case more often than not, he reveals himself in smaller ways.

God often speaks in whispers, strategically and incrementally unveiling his plans, preparations, and purposes through the most unassuming circumstances.   The key is to learn how to prepare and be faithful in the moments when God is whispering to us.

Don’t Miss the Moment reminds Christians that God is real and unwaveringly present in our daily lives.  This is done through biblical teaching and personal stories of God showing up in times of need, she shows how to pursue deeper relationship with the Faithful One so that we can learn to hear his voice and feel his leading.

I give Don’t Miss the Moment five out of five stars!

Happy Reading!
