I am reviewing a copy of A Life, Freed through BHC Press and Netgalley:
Rowan Slone is busy settling into her first semester at how. Now she’s on her own for the first time enjoying her job at the animal shelter, and she finally feels like she’s got control of her life.
The past comes back when her old boyfriend texts out of nowhere, Rowan starts to feel a familiar feel her life is about to be turned upside down and not in a good way.
Tensions start to rise between her and best friend, who is struggling being a new mother, Rowan becomes confused and angry at her friend who is leaving her to pick up the childcare slack.
Rowan must finally deal with her past Will soul-searching help her achieve that elusive sense of peace and family she’s always craved or will the pain of the past prove too great?
I give A Life, Freed five out of five stars!
Happy Reading!
