Alton Gansky gives us a brief glimpse into the lives of sixty people who helped to shape the church.  It speaks of Peters influence and his persecution how he was Martyred hungnupside down on the cross as well as Paul who goes from persecuting the church to beinv persecuted for the church.

This book highlights men like Clement of Alexandria who was the first Christian  Scholar eho was forced to abando  his education and flee Alexandria because of Persecution.

Sixty men and women are profiled in this book from Peter in the early church to Billy Graham.
